  • Can I book the same time slot for multiple people? How to book
    Yes!We have total 9 rooms for our spa services. You can book for you and your friends for sure. There are serval ways to book time for multiple people: For our some services such as head spa, you can choose 2 people when you booking You can ask you friends to register an account and selected the different room selection at the same time, and when you arrived, you can ask our employee to arrange you and your friends in the same room. Call us or use chat for directly booking if you have more than 2 people
  • When I book a services on discount price online, why the price didn't changed?
    We publish and update mothly promotions for our loyalty customers! If you see the discount price on specific services from our website or our social media and make the reservation online, your booking price will not be changed on confirmation email. But, we will apply the discount when you come to store and check out at store. You don't need to pay in advance, which means you just secure the time spot online. And you won't pay the regular price and only pay the discount price. The reason why the service still show the regular price is that we also have other discount off for all services, which keep longer duration. To avoid customers appling both promotions on the same order, the discount prices on specific services are only applied when you check out. For example, if you see the head spa experiences price is $60, and you can book online by choosing the head spa, and you will see the order is still showing $76(Reg price), you don't need to worry. When you check out on store, our employee will tell you that you only need to pay $60+tax. NOTED: The different promotions cannot be applied on the same order. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us directly!
  • What do I need to know before having a spa treatment?
    Our head spa is good for everyone, even if you are in pregent or period. Our product is 100% natural and herbal which is good for your scalp and hair. However, If you are in pregant or period and want to experience our body spa or moxibustion services, you need to ask our customer services before you go. And let them know your situation, they will give you the best suggestions. You can just go to the contact page and leave your message and our customers services will reply you as soon as possible.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel my booking? and how to reschedule?
    Basically, our cancellation policy is that you can cancel your booking before 24 hours on the day you booked. You only can reschedule your booking within 24 hours. In your urgent situation, just call us directly and our customers services will assist you to reschedule or cancel quickly.
  • Can I walk-in?
